In its third year, Words on the Waves Writers Festival welcomed an impressive gathering of Australia’s best authors and journalists to the Central Coast from Wednesday May 31 to Monday June 5, 2023. The 2023 theme explored the mind swims. With this theme, we playfully gestured at the human urge to move and explore. We considered how change is the only constant in life. Explore the 2023 program here, and the festival gallery here.
