About the Book Launch Program

As part of the Words on the Waves Book Launch program, emerging and established authors have the opportunity to introduce their publication to a larger audience. Particularly developed with local writers and artists in mind, this program is a way for Words on the Waves to help develop community connections and capacity, develop relationships with local businesses and showcase the talents of the Coast community to our local and visiting attendees.

We aim to be a COVID-19 safe event. Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell. The festival organisers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including due to COVID-19 NSW restrictions/lockdowns.

Support our Festival

As a not-for-profit organisation run with a small team of volunteers, contributions of any size go a long way in enriching the creative culture of our community. The Committee includes local Peninsula residents passionate about bringing the arts to the Coast. We are seeking support from the community to help us create a wonderful and inclusive festival.
