Words on the Waves is powered by people who love big ideas, deep conversations and truly great events.
Behind every inspiring session, every signed book, and every buzzing festival week is a team of passionate volunteers and a small committee working year-round to keep the magic alive.
We’re looking for new people to join our committee – to help shape a festival that celebrates storytelling in all its forms and keeps our creative community thriving.
If you’ve got a big love for literature and literacy, and experience in event production, fundraising, or community engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
