On March 20, Words on the Waves’ Central Coast Reads and Brentwood Village partnered For NSW Seniors Festival, bringing two wonderful authors to speak about their work set on our beautiful Coast. James O’Loghlin and Sophie Green spoke with our moderator Benny Agius about writing, the Coast and how they both turned from lawyers to writers! The theme for NSW Seniors Festival for 2026 was Live life in colour! and we had a delightful morning discussing creativity, coastal romance and crime capers.
Central Coast Reads is a community-wide reading program consisting of book clubs and author talks.
Local libraries, neighbourhood book shops, individual book clubs, community groups, solo readers and more can join Central Coast Reads.
